Q:  I cannot connect my vYSoo phone to Internet by my access point?
That can come from the model of your access point, we recommend to you to use an access point supporting the standard 802.11 a/b/g such as Linksys gold ASUS or the best : The vYSoo router.

Q: When I look at a TV channel, the buttons do not answer any more.
Sometimes the band-width is affected, start again your phone, the problem should be solved.

Q: Does Skype frozen when I launch the application?
start again your phone, the problem should be solved.

Q: Then I to use a standard ear-phone or bluetooth with my vYSoo phone?
The standard ear-phones or Bluetooth are not compatible with the vYSoo phones. We advise you to use the vYSoo accessories.

Q: I can not browse internet even my phone is already connected to an Access Point.
Please check your network settings.Usually the APs provided by Hopspot service providers are set to use DHCP connection. Go to Menu > Phone Settings > Wireless > Networ Settings to check your IP Mode.
